Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we have collected about you. This includes data collected through our website, email sign-ups, and any third-party platforms connected to our services (such as Meta, TikTok, and Google).

What Data We May Hold

Depending on how you've interacted with us, we may hold the following types of personal data:

• Email address (from newsletter sign-up or contact forms)
• Browsing activity and analytics data (via cookies and tracking pixels)
• Advertising interaction data (via Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)
• Device and browser information
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account or sign-up
• A brief description of what data you'd like deleted
• Whether you'd like all data deleted or specific categories only

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request
• We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete
• If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will reach out to you

Third-Party Data

When you request deletion, we will remove your data from our own systems. For data held by third-party services, you can also submit requests directly:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Manage your Meta data
• TikTok: TikTok Privacy Settings
• Google: Google Data & Privacy

Exceptions

In certain cases, we may be required to retain some information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If any exception applies, we will inform you and explain the reason.
